Delicate fruit preserve of “Annurca” apples and “Zitella - Gelata” apples, two ancient varieties: the first from Campania, the second from Molise, grown on the farm and in very small quantities. Gelata apples in particular are characterized by some sugary crystallizations - and hence the name "Gelata" - which give them a particular aroma and a unique sweetness, contrasted by an apple which is less sweet, that is the "Annurca", all embellished by a pinch of cinnamon to satisfy the most demanding palates.
