Tiny delicious fresh fava beans, shelled by hand one by one, eliminating the stalk that ties them to the pod to make them even sweeter. They are then blanched in vinegar, placed in jars and preserved in "Gentile di Larino" extra virgin olive oil with the addition of peppercorns and bay leaf. Preservative free.

Ideals for
Appetizer or to accompany a second dish. Excellent paired with a pecorino cheese. The oil in which they are preserved is absolutely worth trying on toasted bread.
