Extra virgin olive oil “Gentile di Larino” PDO

A monovariety oil obtained from the native variety of our land, the "Gentile di Larino".
Moving up the start of the harvest of the drupes and the continuous cold pressing cycle permit the unaltered conservation of the organoleptic qualities typical of this plant, thereby assuring an elevated number of polyphenols.

Tomato puree

Completely natural tomatoes, hand-picked and chosen one by one in our fields. Blanched and pureed by hand, they are put in jars and pasteurized to guarantee genuineness and freshness, all as the most authentic tradition wants. No added dyes and preservatives. Natural and quality product.

“Capate” Olives in extra virgin olive oil “Gentile di Larino” PDO

Harvested and selected by hand, one by one, they are cured for about three weeks and then placed in jars by hand and preserved in Gentile di Larino extra virgin olive oil with the addition of local wild oregano, salt and chilli.

Aubergines in extra virgin olive oil “Gentile di Larino” PDO

Strips of aubergines blanched in vinegar to leave their natural crunchiness unaltered, they are preserved in Extra virgin olive oil to be used up to the last drop to dress salads or bruschetta.

“Fafucce” - Tiny fava beans in Extra virgin olive oil “Gentile di Larino” PDO

Tiny delicious fresh fava beans, shelled by hand one by one, eliminating the stalk that ties them to the pod to make them even sweeter. They are then blanched in vinegar, placed in jars and preserved in "Gentile di Larino" extra virgin olive oil with the addition of peppercorns and bay leaf. Preservative free.

Crunchy slices of naturally sun dried courgettes, cooked in vinegar, placed in jars by hand and preserved in excellent extra virgin olive oil Gentile di Larino. Preservative free.

Sauce With Olives

Traditional tomato puree simmered over a low heat with the addition of olives, local wild oregano and sweet chilli, it is ideal for seasoning pasta and cooking red meat

Sweet and sour pepper cream

A cream made from peppers from our fields which are selected and processed by hand with the addition of sugar and vinegar in order to give them the infamous sweet and sour taste, without dominating the essence of the pepper. Preservative free

Apple and cinnamon fruit preserve

Delicate fruit preserve of “Annurca” apples and “Zitella - Gelata” apples, two ancient varieties grown on the farm and in very small quantities. Gelata apples in particular are characterized by some sugary crystallizations - and hence the name "Gelata" - which give them a particular aroma and a unique sweetness, contrasted by an apple which is less sweet, that is the "Annurca", all embellished by a pinch of cinnamon to satisfy the most demanding palates. Hazelnut colored honey is highly appreciated for its characteristic of remaining liquid for a long time without ever completing crystallization. Very delicate aroma and taste
